I've found a glitch in the Matrix again.
When you click the box for 1 in 30 exempt then click to print the preview page, if you have to go back and change something like spelling error or whatever the DES UNCLICKS the 1 in 30 exempt box and you have to do it again!
I found this the hard way yesterday while doing an exempt handgun sale for LEO.
The DES was lagging and it wouldn't autopopulate the city when you put in the zip code, nothing came up, so what I usually have done in the past is click submit, know it will give me an error for no city info and that usually tricks the system and then the tabs will show up for the city info.
When this happened it unclicks my 1 in 30 box that I KNOW was checked beforehand.
I caught it after he had checked the preview page and we had submitted. I called him a few minutes after he left when I was reviewing the page and saw it no longer showed 1 in 30 exempt. He said not to worry he wasn't going to buy any handguns in the next month anyhow.
But beware fellas, the backdoor gun control is strong with the state nowadays.
