    KSG in 2018

Is a ksg or dp-12 still legal in Ca as of 2018. Have a customer interested in either. One distributor has a ca compliant version of the dp-12

    AFAIK...

Kel-Tec KSG-12 and KSG-25 = CA legal due to CA DOJ BOF saying it does not have a large capacity magazine, because the fixed tubular magazines require a manually action to feed from one magazine to the other magazine making them two seperate ammunition feeding devices .

Standard Manufacturing DP-12 and UTAS UTS-15 = not CA legal due to CA DOJ BOF saying they have a large capacity magazine, because it automatically feeds from both fixed tubular magazines making it a single ammunition feeding device.
^If the tubular magazines capacity was permanently altered so the total capacity is 10 or less rounds, then it would be CA legal.

Ok that explains the dp12 and then the ca version with the plug. Thank you for the info
