Has anyone else been receiving phone calls from the DOJ assault weapons registration unit. I have had probably 10 ranging from them wanting me to change a DROS because they added the manufacturer to the drop down list. Today's call was because they wanted to know how a receiver came in. It was shipped in from a private individual and they wanted to know why we didn't enter it into DES. It took ten minutes to explain how the DROS system works and I still don't think they got it.

My neighbor got a call from them yesterday about his serial # request for a 80% lower. After he gave them an answer they sent him an email with his new serial number an hour later. Goes to show they can expedite when they feel like it.
This was for an 80% pistol build that's going to be a future RAW.I love America for the rights and freedoms we used to have.Comment
