FFL's that don't charge big $$$ for out of state transfers?

I'm looking for an FFL in the SoCal area that doesn't charge $100 for an out of state PPT. Basically, have the gun shipped to the FFL and do the paperwork upon its arrival.

Best I've found so far is CAP Tactical for $75 but even that seems excessively high for a simple PPT.

I'm located in and around the LAX area (El Segundo), so if anyone knows of an FFL, or is an FFL, that doesn't charge big bucks for an out of state transfer, I'd love to give them my business.

If it is a "PPT" (which is an in state transfer) no more than $35.00 can be charged by law.
State Fee $25.00
Dealer Fee $10.00
If they are charging more than that it's a violation of law.

If it's coming from out of state it's not a PPT and fees can vary.

The ones I know that only charge $25-35 plus DROS and tax are generally located in West Covina or OC.
