I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I've been looking for a long time for an answer and can't seem to find anything. One person asked a similar question in a thread in the C&R forum, but was ignored, and while I'm looking to get a C&R licence, it isn't strictly a C&R question.
Basically, I'm looking at Part B, item 23, where it asks you if you've ever been an employee of an FFL. I work part time at Big 5 Sporting Goods, in a location where they sell guns, so I assume I have to answer "Yes."
The form says that you need to attach a paper to your form with "full details" on any item you answered "yes" to, but neither the form nor the section of the instructions it points to say anything about what those details are, and googling the question has produced nothing.
Do I need to list the FFL or CoE number of my employer? (I know for a fact that I can't get the CoE). Do I need to list the period I've been employed there, the address of the store, or names of managers? Do I need contact information for managers to confirm that I work there? Or can I just write on a piece of scratch paper that I fetch shoes for people in the same building as guns are sold and leave it at that?
