Multiple buyers on an online order

Someone suggested that they put in an online order for a bulk purchase and add everyone on the invoice. When the order is delivered to the local FFL, the order could be divided up and processed by the FFL as one purchase.

For example, 5 guys want 5,000 rounds. They all put their names on the invoice even though one credit card is used.

The ammo arrives at the FFL and each of the 5 guys can pick up 1000 rounds at their convenience.

I didn't think this was going to fly but I welcome your thoughts.

What is the problem? Ask the FFL, but orders can be split.
