One gun every 30 days question

The 10 day wait does not start when it is delivered, it starts when the DROS is submitted. The pistol is eligible for pickup exactly 240 hours after that. And the 30 days is exactly 720 hours after the DROS is submitted, which will usually be ~20 days after you pick up the first pistol.
So not 40 days. -
You can purchase a pistol whenever you want. You can only do DROS transactions every 30 days.UG Imports - Fremont, CA FFL - Transfers, New Gun Sales
