FFL03 address change, how long is the wait?

Hi guys, I submitted ATF Form 5300.38 for an address update on my FFL03 back in December 2017 (mailed it out around 12/15/17). I still don't have the new FFL03 mailed in. My questions are:

    1. Normally how long does it take to get the updated FFL03 mailed in?
    2. Who can I contact regarding this issue?

    Thank you!

Call (866) 662-2750 and they can check in their system. I called they said 3~4 weeks.

We tried to change our mailing address for 2 years. It finally took an inspection and our IOI calling to get it correct. We sent that damn form in 4 times and they never changed it until Roberto got involved. We had copies of the form each time we sent it in too. Even updated it on our FFL renewal and the bricked that one also. I would stay persistent with them.

How long do you think 03 licenses are going to take now that every citizen in CA will want their 03 and COE?
