You do realize that you are wrong, don't you? You can only destroy DROS prior to 06-Jan-2014 since after that date is not over 4 years old.

I was going to post years, but I don't want to get the years wrong (see above).

4473 transfers over 20 years old, 4473 non-transfer (denied/cancelled) over 5 years, although the BATF would prefer that you don't.

Ok, it is actually 3 years, but the question is whether you panicked and looked to confirm it or not :-). Oh, remember that it would be from the date of delivery, not the submission date.

Fortunately for him, he is a FFL and does not have to fill out a 4473 if he is a sole proprietor.

Based on his comment that he wanted to be like me, it is quite clear and no question that he is mentally defective.
