FFL help me get my rights back =)

Hey all, if this is not an appropriate place for this then I apologize in advance and im sure it will be deleted promptly. However, if it is a safe place then here is my issue.

I attempted to buy a couple guns this past Black Friday and I was delayed and ultimately went "Undetermined". On the 26th of this month I submitted my LiveScan prints and form. From what ive read this process can be time consuming to say the least.

While I am taking the steps to clear it up I am obviously less than thrilled about waiting so long for my new gun\guns. Im looking for a FFL that would be willing to work with me and release on undetermined. I could happily provide them with a copy of the LiveScan I had submitted. Shouldn't this be sufficient, who in the hell submits their fingerprints with anything legitimate on their record?

I just want to give someone all my $$$ for the gun I want haha, PLEASE HELP.

We deliver on undetermined. Not sure how that's going to help you with those guns you've already DROSed at another FFL unless they are willing to transfer them to me.

Oh and as far as your livescan you submitted. This does nothing for us gun dealers. All it proves is you went and got your fingerprints done someplace. That has nothing to do with us selling or delivering guns to people.

I already ate the re stocking cost and ditched those efforts. Thanks for the feedback, I truly appreciate it. I figured the live-scan didn't mean much. My thought process is if the FFL can release "based on their own discretion" whatever might help my case, since there are many that wont for their own reasons.

Some shops are worried about liability. I'm with Aces and deliver on undetermined. If the state can't tell me you are prohibited then I feel I don't have the right to deny you your firearm.
