FFL03 address change question

Hi guys, I recently moved and need to update my address with ATF on my FFL03.

I have filled out the ATF Form 5300.38. Made two copies. One for ATF and one for CLEO.

My question is: do I send my current FFL03 license along with the 5300.38 form to ATF? Or do I only send the 5300.38 form?

I can't find any clear instruction.
Please help!

Yvette Bohrer works at the licensing center at ATF. She helped me. I cant remember but I think I only sent the application for amended lisnce, I dont remember sending my old ffl. they already have it lol
