FFL Receiving From CMP?

Without a C&R FFL and a COE, the CMP will only ship a firearm to a FFL in CA. Have any of you done one of those? If so, do you treat it like any internet sale? What I'm most interested in is, do I need to charge sales tax? Seems a pity that with a C&R/COE that doesn't enter the picture but I think it does for a FFL transfer.

Also, do you charge the same transfer fee as if it was an internet transfer?

I don't mean to re-start the dialog about whether on not the buyer should be paying sales or use tax. Only interested in whether or not I have to be the State's agent in this particular situation.

I handle CMP transfer exactly the same as any other internet transfer. Same fee and collect sales tax.
