It looks like any employee at an Ammunition Vendor that handles Ammo now has to have a COE.
I think this further solidifies that places that only sold ammo previously like Walmart will not be doing this in the future.
In addition to getting a computer for the to be determined registration process all their employees that handle ammo would need to have a COE.
I'm curious how that will impact a Big 5. It would seem now that the manager or whoever handles firearms has to do everything from start to finish on ammo too since the cashier wouldn't even be allowed to handle the ammo without a COE.
For those of you with employees - do all of your employees already have a COE? Or do the "non firearms" folks not need it if they do other stuff in your shop?
