At least starting yesterday once you change your password both your new password and old password will continue to work for some time after the change.
I just double checked my FSC password and it now only accepts the new password.
My CFARS, which I just changed today currently accepts both new and old.
I suspect it takes ~24 hours before it starts rejecting your old password.
This is just an FYI in case you were changing your password because someone has the old password. They will continue to have access for at least a few hours and maybe up to 24 after the change.
I notified DOJ and they just told me to call in for assistance, which of course would be pointless on this issue.
