Has anyone got a exemption from the DOJ to use Security display cases rather than a steel cable?

I want to order them in advance of sb464 but dont want to have to cable on top of having these cases.

the cases i am referencing are sb464 complinat. hell they are even bullet proof 9/5.56/12ga

people using those for gun storage, does the DOJ just not say anything? They are saying I still have to cable my guns becuase I am not a secure facility, (drywall walls between the next business.)
