Questions for COE application

Hi I have two questions for my COE application.

1. I am individual C&R collector. Do I just check "collector" under "Business Type"

2. I am a green card holder. Do I need to send a copy of my green card with the application?

I don't know about the answer to Q1, I would say that more info the better for Q2 so I would just in case.

Sounds good. Does not hurt to include a copy of my green card.

Yes, you are 'collector' if you are getting this to go with your 03FFL.
