Hope Im asking this in the right forum. I bought a P229 in 357 Sig. I've since sold the slide/barrel and replaced it with a S&W 40 complete slide/barrel. My record of firearms owned per DOJ is a Sig 229 357. Will I be able to sell the gun through an FFL as a P229 S&W 40.
