Yes, same process many have done at gun shows for a long time when internet not available. Same process as if you had lost internet at your location.

Either the AW thing messed them up or they got hacked. Its the entire DOJ system, FCS, DES, CFARS, DOJ Website, hell anything that the DOJ runs is down. Cyber Terrorism?
