Does anyone else have a problem with July invoices not showing up at all?

I logged a call and they said to clear cookies, cache, etc., but even using a different computer results in no invoices to pay. Nice if it is free, but I don't think it will work that way.

Yup, ours won't show. Theyt old us the same thing and I did it without success.

I called as they told me to in the first response. They said it was a known issue that they are working on it and to try again tomorrow. I am not sure of why they did not mention that in their first response, instead they seem to like to waste time. The person said that it is not happening to everyone, which is why they did not want to mention it in the response when I said I was having the problem.

It seems like they don't want to admit in writing that they are having problems and instead just keep repeating bogus things to do.

Finally the July invoice showed up.

They deleted my issue, leaving no trace of what they did.
