        As a FFL who just went through a 6 month long BOE audit I can tell you in no uncertain terms that a consignment sale (gun in my books and on my self with payment going to owner -consignment fee) is subject to sales tax.

        If your FFL is not collecting this I will pray for them in their next audit.
