Anybody else having DROS/DES issues today?

    Anybody else having DROS/DES issues today?

    I had an expired password. It just hangs for a few minutes when requesting a new one, then says "Gateway Timeout". DOJ, reset my account now the same thing happens after entering all my information in "request account".

    DOJ claims all good on their end. I am seeing this on 4 browsers, three computers and 2 completely different internet providers.

    Be great to hear if anybody else is having a similar issue.

    I had that problem about 2 months ago. I had to restart my computer and router

    and it worked after that

      Appreciate the suggestion! Tried that, also used three different internet service providers :-(. At least I'm not the only one seeing this.

      I'm off to try from another site.

      Anyway, thanks for the quick response.

          Well, after talking to three people at the DOJ, I finally got a super helpful person, who replicated the issue. Something on their end. Needed their internal Tech Support to fix it, which they just did today.

          What a relief!

            Like sending in a DROS payment before the 1st of July?
