Laser Engravers, who has one?

Looking to expand into this and have been talking with LaserStar about their machines. Would like to know if anyone has experience or a company they can suggest. With such a big entry cost I'd like to have more info going in than what I have now which is 'That looks cool'

If you're thinking for serial numbers for RAWs Im thinking a jeweler can do it. I know our jeweler has an engraver. Whats the difference between a receiver or a bracelet? Same idea, they work the same. Just thinking out loud.

Looking into more options, not just serial engraving at such a limited depth. Was looking into 30w and 50w setups to do designs, pictures, light milling etc.

Depth of engraving. Not all jewelers have equipment that can handle ATF requirements. And not all lasers can either, especially the cheap ones.

I am planning on buying a dual source laser. After checking out Epilog, Trotec, and Universal, I decided when i actually make the purchase it will be Trotec.
