PSA- Safety 'flags'

I've been seeing on quite a few occasions where a firearm arrives here with one of those yellow or red safety flags that go in the chamber of the firearm and partially keeps the action open. I've witnessed on quite a few occasions now where they have broken off inside the barrel and have got stuck when doing the safe handling demo. Just putting it out there, we've had to ruin a pretty good snap cap to unstuck the round during the demo.

Its something we're looking out for and the rifle that just arrived had the same issue. Had to get a pair of pliers to get the little SOB out of there.

I tap it out with a plastic dowel. Have had the issue with Century AKs too.
