How can I find out if my smith & Wesson 460 is the one on the roster list?

If you already own it, why do you care if it is rostered?

Smith and Wesson does have a site to check for state compliance if you have not already checked that. https://www.smith-wesson.com/state-compliance

The roster can be confusing at times so good luck.

            When did you get it?

            The A and B designations are relatively new. (2 - 3 years?)

Ok, thanks. I guess is on roster but is not the new ones since I bought used of a friend. My guess is nothing special.

If the roster says it has to have a 'A' or 'B' but yours is not stamped such, then it is not on roster. Fairly simple.

But as you pointed out, probably nothing special just because it is off roster. If it isn't a pre-lock, IMO it is nothing special regardless of roster status.

A majority of SW revolvers can be transferred roster exempt as single action, so in most cases the roster status means little.

It is a prelock but don't have the key
