    Purchase problem for service member

My son in law is in the Marines and lives in the Barracks at Miramar. He uses a PO Box for everything so the Glock he bought online is stuck at his local FFL and he is unable to Dros because he has no documents showing his physical address. What's he supposed to do?

He will need his CAC Card, and a copy of his orders. Act as proof of residence as well because they are government issued. Hell, he doesnt even need a CA ID/DL.
