Sending my FFL renewal next day delivery

My C&R 03 FFL is due for renewal. I filled it out and put it in the envelope e few weeks ago and my wife forgot to send it. It is due Monday. Can I overnight the renewal form? Do I use the same address that is on the envelope? Thanks for your time.

I am not sure that it really matters. You could call the licensing office and see what they have to say.

Not an FFL or ever played one on a TV soap opera. And I sure can't speak for Ca-DOJ. I can say for sure that "MOST", if not all, things to do with any gov. agency whether it is the IRS, State Franchise Tax Board, or your auto registration. That requires mailing of any forms. It is the "Post Mark" on the envelope that counts as to missed deadlines. Not the day the envelope is delivered.

I suggest you follow kemasa's suggestion and call DOJ Licensing. Hopefully it is the same for the DOJ renewals.

      Good Luck

What does DOJ have to do with this?

Nothing, but you already knew that, didn't you? :-)
