CADOJ's next move.

I have it on high authority that CADOJ is mobilizing to visit as many EBR dealers as possible in January. Their goal is to cite and/or arrest any FFL that has not complied with the 2017 AW regulations. Based on the guidelines posted by CADOJ in December, you can expect maximum enforcement.

Maybe this is an obvious statement, but I thought it was worthy of at least mentioning.

It is like they want to have a legal war with us. While I agree they will most likely do that, do they even have the manpower to do this to every FFL in CA?

No, but they probably have a targeted list of people they believe might be breaking the law. They can also of course sustain a short term campaign that would include a lot visits but not full blown audits.

We were closed this weekend for a self audit and corrected a few things in anticipation of a visit this year.
