The Benelli M1014 has the American flag on the side, fixed choke and they made 2500 and has the collapsible stock but doesn't collapse. (From what it looks like) The tube is different than the regular 11707. Question is, to take the stock off you turn the stock down maybe half an inch to the left and it comes off. I haven't touched one of these is about 8 years and want to hear what you guys think from a legality standpoint. Would the state consider this an AW or should it have the Benelli pistol grip or straight stock on it?
