I'm about ready to bid on an out of state Glock 22. With the new laws can I still have it shipped to a CA-FFL1 dealer and go through the DROS/10day?? Just checking to make sure I'm not caught between the rock and hard spot... Thanks

Yep... the 22's are on the OK list. It does come with 3/15's, but I've talked to the auctioneer, and they said they'd swap them out for 2/10's which works for me... I'm also thinking about consigning the 15's to the next auction, and picking up a couple of new 10's off eBay... 'Course this would all be a moot point if I get out bid. It'd still be good info to know for the future...WITHOUT THE 2nd THERE WON'T BE A 1st...]Comment

It is good to go unless it has been modified in some other way than night sights. Engraving, color changes, grips (which really does not apply with a Gen3 Glock), etc. all make it no longer on the list.Kemasa.
