    Out of state hand gun

I'm about ready to bid on an out of state Glock 22. With the new laws can I still have it shipped to a CA-FFL1 dealer and go through the DROS/10day?? Just checking to make sure I'm not caught between the rock and hard spot... Thanks

Is it on the approved handgun list? Can only come with 10rd or less mags.

Yep... the 22's are on the OK list. It does come with 3/15's, but I've talked to the auctioneer, and they said they'd swap them out for 2/10's which works for me... I'm also thinking about consigning the 15's to the next auction, and picking up a couple of new 10's off eBay... 'Course this would all be a moot point if I get out bid. It'd still be good info to know for the future...

It is good to go unless it has been modified in some other way than night sights. Engraving, color changes, grips (which really does not apply with a Gen3 Glock), etc. all make it no longer on the list.

Thanks Guys... Good to know in the future. I got cold feet and an empty wallet from buying too many guns lately. There'll always be another. I do appreciate the advice...
