Is the COE the declaration of not selling for gunsmiths? Or is that another form?
I have the COE on pdf and the FFL application. The COE looks pretty straight forward, I read about the fingerprinting. Looks like there's a fingerprint requirement for the FFL application as well and it reads as if it's something different as they want a photo. Can I assume I can get the ATI and fingerprint for the FFL done at the same time from the same place?

The COE is another form, more money. Certificate of Eligibility.
I don't recall a photo requirement, but it is a long time since I first applied.Kemasa.

3. COE

The COE costs money, you also have to do a livescan, which costs money. Yeah, you give fingerprints multiple times and they don't share.
You don't need a passport, just the photos. AAA and other places can do the photos.passport photos... I'll add that to the list. I don't have a passport.
You also need to fill out the form to be exempt from the CFD.Aside from the passport photo's and live scan...
