Looking for Single Action Exemption FFL in L.A.

I'm trying to order a S&W model 10 off the internet and ship it here, but I need it to be converted to SA Prior to transfering. Any FFLs in the Los Angeles Area still offering SAE? I contacted addax tactical, and they will only do it if the firearm is bought through them and not a 3rd party.

I called, they only do SAE on their own inventory, not transfers.
