1995 was the year of death to many shop...
People panick spent up to the federal AWB and then were broke...
Indoor ranges were empty....
Outdoor ranges really only got busy during pre hunting season....
People who stuck it to the man and did not register locked stuff up in a safe and still have not shot it nor trained with it since 1994....
I hope this is a gentler ban for the shops...Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED
Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)
Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET
Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
