Some people are reporting that they have recently purchased the Armscor Rock Island MAP1 FS (all steel) even though it is not on the roster. The roster lists the AP9 which is the older designation. My ffl say leo only. I am confused. Is it possible to get the MAP1? Thanks.

If the exact model is not on the roster, then it can only be transferred if the person is exempt or the transfer is exempt. Some FFLs might be careless and improperly transfer the firearm, but it would not be legal.Kemasa.
