Is it legal to order a gen 3 glock for example with 15rd mags and then remove the 15 rounders and sell it with 10 round mags. I have a large cap mag permit.

The SKU supplied with 15rd mags will not be on the roster.- Rich

If the firearm is on the certified list and if you have a so-called high capacity magazine permit, then it would be legal in my disclaimered opinion. You can also have some places just not ship the magazines.
It is the firearm that matters. For example, if you have a used firearm without a case, there is no SKU number to go on.Kemasa.
