Somehow I feel real stupid asking this question so I'm going to fall back on the adage: the only stupid question is the one not asked!!
If a 'disassembled action type BB' is installed prior to the evil date, are the standard configuration AR 15's still considered an AW and therefore still subject to registration?
Or, do the "features" still have to be removed even though the mag. can't be removed w/o the action being "disassembled"?
