    New Bulletin just issued

DOJ just issued a new "URGENT AND TIME SENSITIVE" bulletin just out...
American soldier by choice. Made in America by the Grace of God.

So, now it is ironic that the State whittles away at the right of its citizens to defend themselves from the possible oppression of their State.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

This whole thing sucks, but at least this is the first time I see exculpatory information directly from the state. It would appear to exonerate the use of our Drop-in Fixed Magazine.

I truly love the FAQ section. Repeats of 'What if the DROS Entry System is unavailable' answered, more and more petulantly (as if the writer were becoming exasperated at his own questions) 'The Department does not anticipate having any issues ...'

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

Am I reading this correctly? If an AR or AK pistol is registered as an assault weapon, it will be okay to attach a vertical forward grip?

That's federal law. You can have a pistol now with a VFG if it's a registered AOW

Yes, but CA wouldn't allow it and the work around was a trust which if I recall correctly, doesnt work anymore. So if we were to register them as assault weapons, would we then be able to get a tax stamp for an aow?

Vertical grip can be added to a pistol now if it is over 26". AOWS have no exemption for AW status, but you can still register an AW in CA.

CA does allow it. I have personally Formed 4 DOZENS of AOW VFG in CA the last few years.
