Glock online purchase Gen3's

Just wanted to clarify if any Gen 3 and below is legal in California to be shipped in from other free state? Minus the standard capacity magazine and I'll pay tax here... Second: can a frame and slide(glock matching number) be shipped to cali? Third: why would Vegas gun dealer won't ship in cali(I have talked to three dealers)? Please help

if its not on this list its a no go. American made glocks are a no go, and they probably just don't want to deal with the hassle of cali laws

1. As long as it exactly matches what's listed on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale or the person receiving the handgun is an exempt person, the handgun can be ordered and shipped to a CA FFL dealer.

Not all Glock Gen 3 models are listed on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale.


2. Needs to be a complete handgun.


3. Some out-of-state vendors are unwilling to learn about and/or deal with the requirements needed to ship a firearm to a CA FFL dealer.

Thanks for the clarification, specially on the made in USA gen 3. Also on the complete gun. The one particular gun I'm ordering is the Glock 35 which is a police trade in but I probably need to ask the seller if it's a Austria made not USA.
