When you say "decent" transfer fee, it says something which can cause a lack of response since what it is assumed that you mean is that it is a cheap fee. There is the same paperwork for a lower as a complete firearm for the FFL.

There are FFLs in Simi Valley, which has a lower sales tax rate (which would not apply for a CA PPT).

Go with Fort Courage Armory in Simi Valley. They got the lowest price and their staffs are very friendly.
Their out of state transfer fee is $60 for up to three firearms and $10 for each additional firearm in the same transaction.

I started PD Gun and Supply and he told me he charges $75. However, he was not responsive via email or phone to provide his FFL and CFD to the shipper. He told me he was going on vacation but would be back by 1/10.

Stopped by Aegis today. FFL Transfer fee is $100.

Burbank Ammo and Guns is $75 but it seemed like they haven't done one before and heard someone say they wouldn't do it if it's a firearm that they sell. Anyway, they were willing to take my money and started processing my transfer.

Is it a private party transfer or from out of state? If it's private party, turners charges 35, if it's out of state, the rates mentioned above are in the ball park.
