When you say "decent" transfer fee, it says something which can cause a lack of response since what it is assumed that you mean is that it is a cheap fee. There is the same paperwork for a lower as a complete firearm for the FFL.
There are FFLs in Simi Valley, which has a lower sales tax rate (which would not apply for a CA PPT).Kemasa.

Go with Fort Courage Armory in Simi Valley. They got the lowest price and their staffs are very friendly.
Their out of state transfer fee is $60 for up to three firearms and $10 for each additional firearm in the same transaction.

I started PD Gun and Supply and he told me he charges $75. However, he was not responsive via email or phone to provide his FFL and CFD to the shipper. He told me he was going on vacation but would be back by 1/10.
Stopped by Aegis today. FFL Transfer fee is $100.
Burbank Ammo and Guns is $75 but it seemed like they haven't done one before and heard someone say they wouldn't do it if it's a firearm that they sell. Anyway, they were willing to take my money and started processing my transfer.Last edited by Chetters; 01-19-2017, 5:20 PM.Comment

But they got sold and haven't been to the new shop yetOriginally posted by Jimi JahI punch paper only because it is illegal to punch people.Originally posted by elpaisa1I think flatulence is a more serious crime. I think it should be a misdemeanor with a 1000 dollar fine or 6 months of jail. It should be a felony if done near an open flame.

Is it a private party transfer or from out of state? If it's private party, turners charges 35, if it's out of state, the rates mentioned above are in the ball park.Comment
