yes, those are counted in the annual limit... but it's not the number of guns that matter, it's the number of transaction that count... i.e. you can sell 100 guns in one transaction and that's still counted as one, same as you sold 1 gun in that transaction..."What the hell happened to land of the free and home of the brave???"
