Lost my 03 FFL renewal form

My 03 FFL license will expire by November. I somehow managed to lose my renewal form and although I do not plan on renewing, would like to know if it's possible to request another form or make a submission online?

Some of the questions on the application are so unclear that I'd rather not risk answering incorrectly. Seems like a safer bet to just send in a new one.

If you are not renewing don't do anything... The license will expire. There is nothing for a 03 collector to do when their license expires...

If BATFE needs anything they will send you the request through the mail.

I mistakenly let my 03 license expire a few years ago... Didn't realize it for 9 months do to a move..

It's a non issue.

I should have specified- I lost the form that the BATFE sent me. It was the form that I needed to reply back stating whether I was planning to renew or let my license expire.

No need to do anything if you're not renewing as mentioned above. IE, no requirement to respond.
