I apologize if this has already been discussed, but I am totally confused by this new law to register AWs. The bill states that DOJ must set up an internet portal available to the public to be used in the registration. I can't find it. I also can't find any form on the DOJ website for use in performing this registration. I have heard that the registration deadline is January of 2017, and I have heard its January 1st of 2018. I have read the bill and I have even emailed DOJ, but all they do is send me an automated reply telling me to read the bill. Can anyone please clear this up for me. Specifically, how do I register and what is the deadline. Thank you for your time.

registration period is from jan 1 2017 - dec 31 2017.
