The above 2 are on the roster. The 2nd one is pretty self explanatory, but the question I have is the top version the one with the newer G10 grips and ambi safety?

SA website isn't very clear. Distros aren't very clear. I have a customer that ordered one on gunbroker that has G10 grips + Ambi Safety..

my initial thought was no because I thought it had to have the wood grips and then I noticed both entries on roster so was confused...

If it at all matters SA put a "NOT LEGAL FOR CALIFORNIA" sticker on the box for the one with G10 grips and Ambi Safety. Not that it is 100% accurate, but that leads me to believe it isn't rostered.

Anyone transfer these recently and can confirm?

What's the UPC for the Ambi Safety one?

Actually we have been receiving many Springfield armory pistols with the not legal in CA sticker even though the model number is in the roster. I call Springfield and they said it was because the pistol no longer contained the ILS in the main spring housing. There for it was not as tested and no longer on the roster. Make sure you check on a return policy in case the one that shows up is not on the roster

Does anyone know the distinction between the 2 rostered items for PC9108L? It seems obvious the 2nd is the wood grips, but I'm unclear what the one listed as Ambi Safety is. Is that Ambi Safety + ILS + G10 Grips ok?

SA also has the sticker in the case when the magazines are the so-called high capacity magazines, so you can't trust it. If there is a version difference, they should change the model number in some way. They also seem to have issues when it is included with a package.
