Would this barreled upper be legal to ship into California?
It does have the bolt and other internal parts, minus trigger.

On HK90 series style firearms, the upper receiver is the firearm and needs to be transferred through a FFL dealer.
It would be legal for a CA FFL dealer to receive and transfer that particular receiver.
It would be DROS'd as a "long gun".
In order to remain CA legal, that receiver would need to be built into a semi-auto centerfire rifle with a fixed 10 round magazine or into a semi-auto centerfire rifle without an prohibited features.sigpic
