Stockton, Modesto, Merced area FFL who understands C&R 03 Laws?

I'm in need of an FFL dealer that will handle C&R pistol transfers for me and who understands what my restrictions and legalities are.

I have talked to a few in my area who seem to not know much pertaining to what I can and can't buy, DROS or have sent to them.

I'm willing to go 50 miles outside my area to find someone who knows what they're doing and is easy to wprk with.
