    FFL for a pawnbroker

Hi all. I own a small pawnshop and am thinking of applying to be able to give loans and to purchase/sell firearms.

Where do I start? I was told the process is a bit easier as some steps do not need to be taken as I am already a licensed pawnshop through DOJ. My source was not very reliable so I would appreciate any input I could get. Thanks much

Send a PM to Acespawnshop. They will know and they will even do consultation and advising for a good rate. They are slammed with business and do a good job with it.

Apply for 02 FFL, Obtain a COE, Contact your local city business license to make sure you can sell firearms in your area, Get a CFD number by the state once your FFL comes in. Pretty simple process. The application through ATF explains all the steps you need to get your FFL. Make an appointment with your chief LEO in your area because they need to sign off on your application.
