2 sellers 1 buyer, different times.

I found this thread discussing multiple sellers to one buyer.

However my question is if I am the buyer and I meet seller 1 at say noon and seller 2 I met at 4pm, would I still be able to "Hold" that first dros till the second PPT was complete or would all 3 of us have to be present at the same time?

Also, does doing 2 PPT handgun transactions same day at 2 different times raise any flags or unwanted delays? Should I wait a few days?

    Thank you for the info.

Not necessarily. The first PPT can be done on the manual paperwork / DROS Worksheet and then inputted in the computer when the 2nd person came. Similar if the internet or DES site was down when the first person came and then was operational when the 2nd person came.

On the second part should not be a problem. All multiple handgun tranactions are reported to the ATF when you pickup. Just another form

Is there any particular consequence of being noted for "purchased multiple handgun in short period"?
What's the reasoning behind this procedure (FFL filing a form notifying ATF such person has just purchased multiple handguns)?
I didn't know that until a few weeks ago when one of the store employees asked (when I came to pick up my purchase) if I would pick up any other firearm from their store in the following week or so.
I'd rather explain to a jury why I shot than have someone explain to my loved ones why I didn't

I have never heard of an issue in regards to the reporting of multiple firearms, but most are legal transfers with no issues. If you are constantly buying and some of the firearms end up in the hands of criminals, then most likely you will get noticed and looked at to see what is going on.
