I don't know, but it shows a major flaw in our system. UnConstitutional laws can be enforced for decades before being tossed out. We should be able to put the laws on hold until they are proven to be Constitutional by all the courts needed.

I agree 100%. I'm just wondering if any action has already been taken by the NRA, CalGuns, any other org. for that matter.. It's the elephant in the room, and it stinks.... I do donate quite a bit of money to the NRA, and now wonder where that money goes?? I like to see something taken along the lines of a lawsuit instead of lining the pockets of lobbyist's.....??

do remember that the CA gun dealer industry lobbyist is the one that pushed for this law in the first place. CAFR was the driving force behind this and told the NRA that it was "just an industry bill" and not to worry about it.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

So I wonder how long it's going to take for the light bulb to go on, and figure out that it's a POS and start doing something about it.... Might I make a suggestion. All Calguns members contact the NRA and start *****ing... Sometimes the squeaky wheel get's the grease....
