    I am a new FFL in ca. My question is how to properly fill out 4473 section 21a-f
    21a and b are self explanatory just not sure what to do with the rest.

      21c gets marked as proceed just before you deliver the firearm, but would be marked if you got a different response.

      21d is pretty obvious, same with 21e. There is never info in CA in regards to the examiner, so 21f is ignored.

          What if a buyers address is wrong on DL what would be required as far as proof of address

                  Will a dmv stamped tan change of address suffice? I called ATF they sais yes but what is your experience with this? Tenpercent says no.

                      No, it is not issued by the DMV (government), but instead something you write yourself. If someone at the BATF said yes, they might have thought it was something other than what you are saying here.

                              No, if you got a delayed, denied or cancelled, you would mark that right away. With proceed, you have to wait until just before the firearm is delivered.
