ffl that will transfer sks in bay area/nor cal

Hey, I am looking for an ffl preferably in the bay area or nor cal that will transfer an sks. So many people won't transfer them even though they used to be sold at big 5 just a few years ago. I understand the zastava model with rocket attachment is banned, but I just want a plain norinco type 56 that is sold from j&gsales online. Anyone know who will do this? I'm in Alameda county but will drive to Modesto or sac if necessary.
