Type 07 FFL "Responsible Persons" Question

I have been researching getting my own FFL but cant seem to find any information pertaining to the actual assembly of the firearms by an employee. Do they need an FFL as well? Or can they be registered as a "Responsible Person" and perform the assembly under my own FFL?

I doubt every employee at Ruger that assembles guns for Ruger has their own FFL. they work as employees under Ruger's 07.

Responsible Parties are most used for chain stores. The FFL holder is the owner/CFO and responsible parties are typically the general managers. They are not the FFL but are responsible for the compliance.
